An ambitious attorney with a growing family wanted to take advantage of the beautiful open water view their property afforded them of Tampa Bay. Their 1970’s ranch was low to the flood plane. Building to a higher flood elevation was the solution. They chose a Mediterranean revival style that afforded them one of the most spectacular views in all the bay area.
The clients were avant-gard with their taste and desires. Such amenities as whole house audio visual, man cave with incognito mechanical mirror door, hidden televisions behind artwork that was integrated into the fireplaces.
All of the most technological advances were incorporated and efficiences were maximized by design.
