This sentimental client wanted to renovate and add on to a 1950’s ranch with a view of Tampa Bay. The home was where she grew up and wanted to preserve her fond memories of her youth and parents. After carefully evaluating the feasability of her options we discovered building from scratch to be the best plan of action. The design process included capturing elements of the original home and incorporating them into the new home. The end result was a style inspired by the clients family heritage. The new home had little resemblence to the original home, however, every feature encorporated had a significant meaning to the client.
